Pelarangan riba ya sama pelarangan miras ya

Maksudnya kalo mau mengislamkan ekonomi tiba2... malah bisa jadi lebih bnyk mudharatnya dibanding manfaatnya... sama2 in stages

Allah (swt) is the only one knows his slave best. The one who created knows the adaptation process of human beings. It is difficult for us to leave a bad habit overnight. Therefore, Allah (swt) prohibited alcohol and Riba in stages. Even the prohibition of alcohol was gradual. It is in Quran (16: 67, 2:19, 4:43 and 5:90-91).

In the same way, Allah(swt)  prohibited Riba gradually and in different stages because Arabs were very used to it and it was very common practice to take interest along with the principal amount. The prohibition of riba has taken place in four phases (Karaman, at al., 2006, pp. 670-71).

The word “Riba” is mentioned in the Holy Quran at 8 times. three times in 2:275 and one time each in 2:276; 2:278; 3:130, 4:161 and 30:39.
